The Ascension PyroSphere TMT implant is a spherical, inter-positional prosthesis designed to relieve pain while maintaining motion. It is indicated for use in the 4th/5th tarsometatarsal (TMT) joint where degenerative or post-traumatic arthritis presents decreased motion, arthritic changes, stiff or painful joints, or degenerative joint disease of the midfoot.
